Jan and Bruce Lichtenberger live in Colorado, about fifty miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Colorado's mountains contain 54 summits over 14,000 feet, the highest number of peaks in the nation.

Jan and Bruce spend most of their time traveling and photographing around the US, Alaska, Canada, Europe, Central and South America and Africa.

As we see here, not all of their traveling is done at the best time of the year. Polar bear cubs come factory-equipped for this sort of in-your-face weather. Bruce, as seen here, doesn’t!

Together, Jan and Bruce own and operate  In The Light Photography, a photographic company that sells gallery prints and stock photos to advertisers and calendar companies.
